Vistumbler 9.0 Broken Update

Hi,
The latest Vistumbler 9.0 auto-update causes a fatal error. Please see attached msg.

hmm...weird. I've never seen anything like that...
I would try deleting vistumbler.exe and running update.exe (both in the main vistumbler folder). it looks to me like the vistumbler exe is corrupt. running update.exe will re-download the missing vistumbler.exe

It doesn´t work. Please, look at attached update screen hardcopy. It seems that the download of vistumbler.exe by update is failing, corrupting vistumbler.exe.

Yes, I can download, at least from home. And repeated the process from home, just a few minutes ago, with no problem.
Maybe it was caused by firewall at work. Will repeat it from there tomorrow.

Looks like the culprit was the firewall at work, which, instead of blocking access to vistumbler.exe, let download it partially, corrupting the file.

OK. Here is the cause of the Problem.
Antivir is telling me it has a Nasty ( TR/Startpage.dgp )
Antivir is cutting this out or causing it to disapear.
Please take a look at this.

Its coming in the moment you start the Update.
By me it gave me the update, that was OK. then asked me if i wanted the following update. And Bingo. ( Antivir Alert ) and action.
If you install the second update Antivir will deleat it causing the programm Vistumbler to disapear. ( Main Vistumbler .EXE )
Nasty little bleiter this one.

ugh...i'll look into it. At least the last time I spoke with antivir they where very quick to respond to the false positive

I have sent antivir an email. hopefully this is resolved soon.
one thing i noticed is it seems like only the stable release (9.01) is being detected as a virus. The latest beta (9.1 Beta 2.1) is not being detected.

By the way i will make a small Donation next.

Yes ( The latest beta (9.1 Beta 2.1) is not being detected. )
Can confirm this one is OK. on my Antivir.

Donations are always helpful. In the time i've accepted donations i had about 5 people give(around $60 in total). Any little bit helps, since my server cost me about $60/month in electricity and with the new google ads I make about $20/month. So with a $40 monthly loss, donations are much appreciated
