hi
I need to filter my scaned list.
specific MAC and OPN and WEP APs only
I could not find any filter in vistumbler.
I can not even delete (manually) the uneeded APs from the list.
Any help how to filter / delete APs in Vistumbler?
thanks

Right now there is no filter in vistumbler or a way to delete an AP though the interface. AP deletion is something i plan to add. A way to filter would be a good idea, but would require a little more work(but i will look into that also)
the only way to remove an AP right now would be to export to a VS1 file and delete the line that has the AP information of the access point you want to remove, then re-import it

also, if you have Microsoft Access (or something that will read a mdb database) you can open the vistumbler DB file that stores all the data (VistumblerDIR/Temp/VistumblerDB.mdb)
From access you can do filtering

I have started to add the filtering in. If you want to test it you can try it by dowloading the vistumbler.exe from the svn and overwriting the one in your vistumbler folder
This is considered Vistumbler v9.03. The file is located here
http://vistumbler.svn.sourceforge.net/v ... vision=167
to use this you would go to (options --> set filter). a * will show all results for a particular field.
Say you only want to show encryption of WEP and None. In the 'Encryption' section you would put 'WEP|None' (put the text of these things in your language)
This is still a work in progress, but i am working on it

I added in the ability to export the filtered results to VS1 and KML
Vistumbler v9.1 Alpha 1
