Scan on 24 access points

I am getting a lot of dead then they turn to active on our network any idea?

A lot of times this means the time before marking dead is set to low. You could try increasing it to 5 seconds (settings --> Vistumbler Settings --> Time to wait before marking APs dead). This setting really depends on what network card you are using (some cards react better to the way i refresh networks than others)
