When I tried to log in using my User ID and Password I was rejected. I checked original registration email and I had correct items. Forum Forgotten Password doesn't recognise my email address or User ID. Is there something wrong with the Forum login? I had to create a new UserID to post this message.

I have just rebuilt 2 PCs, Win 7 and 8, using the v10.2 installer from your website. When I click on Help, Check for updates it tells me there aren't any.

How do I get the latest version please?

We did have some downtime yesterday, but If you got to the site i'm not sure its related.

10.2 is the latest stable release right now. There is 10.3 Beta, but you have to have beta updates turned on the get it (Settings --> Vistumbler Settings --> Check for beta updates)
