How do i change the channel for my networks?

you would do that from the router. Usually consumer router will have a webpage (same ip as your gateway usually).

You can find your router address at routeripaddress (dot) com!

If you’re using a Linksys router, you’ll need to browse to the address of your router, but could be assigned to another address. You can run a quick ipconfig command at the command prompt to check.
