Hey Andrew -
I have about 100 log files that WiFiDB doesn't process. I tried using the uploader program, then I tried manual via the web page. Neither worked, or at least I cannot find the files in WiFiDB. I don't get an error, either.
All the files are standard .vs1 files, with a header of

Can you help?

Re: A bunch of log files that didn't upload
can you send a sample one? it may already think it uploaded, or got put into the failed list.

Re: A bunch of log files that didn't upload
it looks like they already got imported, is it reporting somewhere incorrectly?

Right now the quickest way to find your file would probably be to go to the 'Files Completed' page and search my filename or md5. by default it only shows 250 results per page but you can raise that if you wanted with the following url (note inc=1000 is the number of results that will show on a page)
wifidb.net/wifidb/opt/scheduling.php?func=done&from=0&inc=1000&sort=date&ord=DESC
