signal strenght in dBm

Would be nice to be able to show signal strenght in dBm. Manny clients on mobile devices do so, and that makes the chances on making an error lower.

unfortunatly netsh outputs in percent and not dBm. Hopefully if i ever get this to the native api i will be able to do that. Right now I can't. I would not want to make a guess based on percent.
