Hi Andrew, Just wanted to say thanks for the program. I am using the GPS side of the program as well, running Franson GPSGate to create virtual com ports, and then sharing the GPS with OziExplorer mobile mapping and Vistumber together. It all seems pretty stable. The freezing problem hasn't happened at all today, and the program recovered without having to be restarted from the computer going to screensaver and then to sleep mode.

Just a question - Nettcom OCX - is there a trick to getting it to run, or does it just sit in the background somewhere on the hard drive ?

you just download Netcomm http://www.mvps.org/rgrier/NetCommOCX.zip and then run the setup program. This puts a file on the computer that my program uses (netcomm.ocx). Nothing runs in the background
