I made a change in vistumbler v10 beta 2 so if a filter is enabled it only plays a sound if a new ap matches the filter.

The downloads for that are here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/vistumb ... v10-b2.exe
http://sourceforge.net/projects/vistumb ... p/download

I may still modify this so a sound (maybe another sound plays) on all new APs, but i haven't decided if i want to do this yet.

It has the feature, but only if the sound is set to "Once per loop" in the sound settings

10.2 is the latest released, non svn, version

I released 10.3 Beta 3 which now should only beep if an AP matches the filter on any of the sound modes (not just "Once per loop")

Hi Andrew,

I have never used it, but you should be able to subscirbe to a thread. There is a link at the bottom of the page that is labeled "Subscribe topic". Clicking "Subscribe topic" should make it so the forum sends you an email when there is any activeity on this thread

The update issue you mentioned is a know issue with the updater that was included with 10.11. Basically any updates in folders would fail to download. I updated the updater(update.exe), but there was also an issue with 10.11 that prevented the update of update.exe. Once vistumbler updates to 10.2 the issue is fixed so it is able to download the new version of update.exe. Once update.exe is fixed it downloads the manufactures.mdb properly.
