How to remove dead AP's from the list

Post by jshakour »

is there a way to remove dead ap's from the list? I would like to see only active ones, or remove the dead one after a certain point in time.

Create a filter (View --> Filters --> Add/Removed Filters --> Add filter).

In the Active field enter "1" without quotes. Give the filter a name and click ok. Now go back to (View --> Filters) and you should see the fiter you just added

conversely, you could also set Active to "0" and it would only show dead APs

When I do this I get the following error when I apply it.

Line 38812 (File "C:\Program Files (x86)\Vistumbler.exe"):

Error: Array variable has incorrect number of subscripts or subscripts dimension range exceeded

I've released v10.7.1 Beta to the beta channel which I think should fix this. You can get it through automatic update if you have "Check For Beta Updates" under "Settings -> Misc Settings". If you don't have it enabled, enabled it then use (Help -> Check for updates) or restart vistumbler to get the automatic update prompt.

You can also go to https://github.com/acalcutt/Vistumbler/ ... tumblerMDB and download vistumbler.exe and place it in your vistmbler directory
