Basic Transfer Rates vs Other Transfer Rates

What is the difference between Basic Transfer Rates and Other Transfer Rates?

I'm kinda confused about them...

Nothing really, that was just the way netsh outputs, so that was the way i did it in my program. At one time i considered merging the columns, but i kinda like it that way
