Scheduling page not showing correct Timezone

There was an issue with the release version of the scheduling page
The timezone stamp was off by an hour because the DST value was being calculated to it.
The Aip file that is attached has the updated script. or you can grab it from the SF SVN
This file is located in [WiFiDB web folder]/opt/scheduling.php
