Updated / Linux Version

Hi,

Vistumbler is a phenomenal piece of software. However, there hasn't been any updates now for two years. Is anybody aware of another piece of software that integrates Google earth (or other mapping software) with a wi-fi scanner to plot AP locations, preferably one that works with Linux?

Many Thanks
Paul,

Sorry if @henry3 had any good suggestions. I think I may have accidently deleted them cleaning up a bunch of forum spam today. Sorry @henry3!

For me I have been focusing more on the wifidb.net side of things. Usually I use Wigle Wifi scanner on android if I am just casually driving arround, or Vistumbler if I have time to set up a second tablet/gps. On the linux side I had also tried to add kismet support in the wifidb, so you should be able to import from that into the wifidb.
