A sub-micro computer running vistumbler from flash memory with a 500mW radio , GPSr and antenna built in. Auto Dloads onto a removable Flash card or USB. Hmmm... I am sure there is a tech head out there somewhere that could try this.
Hmmm... maybe a Windows CE based hardware?? No, not a laptop. Hmmm.. I will dwell on this more...
How cool would this be?

Re: How cool would this be?
I would say one option would be VistaPE. VistaPE is based off vista files, sot it should have the needed netsh commands. It also looks like it could be booted from some type of flash (http://www.instructables.com/id/Create- ... h-VistaPE/).
I guess the trick would be finding something that can boot VistaPE(something x86) that has the GPS and radio
Windows CE wouldn't be easy since the AutoIT language only supports (Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT4 / 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista / 2008), and I think some of the functions I use only work in 2000 - 2008. Vistumbler itself is only fully compatible with Vista and Windows 7.

So long as the something has USB support and/or a Mini PCI slot, then there should be an easy breezy to add GPSr and Wifi RadioACalcutt wrote:I would say one option would be VistaPE.
