-Added GPS data checksum verification
-Updated Manufacturers
-Added AutoUpdate
-create save directory if it does not exist when using "open save folder"
-Fixed HighGPS positioning.

-Added timeout on CommMG _CommGetLine Function. Replaced all mispelled "Label"s spelled "Lable"
-updated wifidb url

-Reverted SaveKML function to rev. 10 version
-Fixed Auto Save. Save on exit now saves as VS1
-Moved Refresh Networks Settings to Auto tab of settings window. Moved Refresh networks to the options menu. Now remembers if refresh networks is on when vistumbler closes
