I'm new using the Vistubler software. I want to know if is posible to test the Throughput in kbps or mbps in a selected AP.

Vistumbler does not connect to access points. Because of this there would be now way to test the throughput.

Vistumbler does tell you the speeds the router supports, but I think this is different from what you are asking.
