Windows 7 Blocking Installation

This is the error I am getting when I attempt to install vistumbler on my Windows 7 64bit machine.

That's strange... i've never seen a message like that. I am running x64 windows 7 and i don't get anything like that.
what are you using for an antivirus? When do you get this message? during the install...or after? Are you using the EXE installer or ZIP.

I am using Comodo, but I have also tried installing in safe mode. The message is present during installation. I am using the .exe file.

I just installed the .zip package, updated it and ran it. Works fine. I do not know why the .exe installation does not work. I hope it helps someone identify the problem so another person down the line does not have the same issue.

Do you have Windows UAC turned on? The only thing I found on this error is sometimes files from other computers will give an error like that.
I'll see if i can replicate the issue. Its just weird your getting the error on icon.ico...which hasn't changed in 3 years (

After windows 10 latest update, Installation is blocked. How can I fix it?
