[v7.3] Memory problem

Post by gAlAX-e »

Hey,

actually i wanted to give you a more detailed explaination, but i am not able to get it more precise.

My Laptop has 2GB Ram (usually about 50% free).
After a while, all my ram is full (100%) and only a reboot can free the ram again.

I am pretty sure that Vistumbler is the memory eat, as the problem only appears, when vistumbler is running.

Sorry for not having more infos, but i will do some more test and pass any info i can get to you.

Does it make a difference how many access points? do you have the graph open?

Have to test if the amount of APs does matter.

Graphs are always closed.

Did 7.2 have this problem? the only thing that really changed from that version was the version of autoit(and minor changes taht shouldn't have affected it). One new thing you may want to check is if (Options --> Graph Dead Time) is enabled, that may cause memory usage to grow
