Netstumbler to Vistumbler

This is my first version of a netstumbler to vistumbler converter based off my old netstumbler to kml program. This converts a netstumbler summary file to a english vistumbler file. Eventually I will try to merge this into vistumbler.
Just some notes
-Netstumbler does not have all the fields used in vistumbler. these fields are replaced with unknown.
