Umm oerhaps the DB could do with being broken down into regions or area??? Allow users to dload only the areas of interest to reduce the workload on GE???

Remember Andrew, anythig you add to CSV you will want to duplicate in the add/edit waypoints. I Thought I would try a few simple mods to alpha6, like adding a space between the DD and MM.MMMM input and output strings to learn AuIT... Found the strings, but not certain on how to add the " "...

Good, Phil.. good good work... Took alpha 6 out for a workout today... Oh and Wife got us a "premium" membership at Geocaching.com Allowed us to batch download .gpx files ( pocket queries). Imports went well, export to XML went well. No functional issues. there is a litle learning curve in...

Actually, my wife isn;t the hiking type.. you would be astonished how many caches are hidden behind guardrails and under lightpole basecovers. I like the Vistumbler name as it is as well... Oh, I don't do aim ACK! Personal grudge against AOL for what they did to ICQ... Took a nice simmple 'homey' me...

I thought of that ... Switched between the three... No response with kernal or OCX.. which is normal with my GPSr.. I get dings from netcomm and running as script is not showing any error messages. hmmm... Well it seems to be working okay now.. I think what was going on is when I was entering the DDMM,MM, I was not including a space between the degrees and the minutes..

MCV2A4 math error?
Here is cap of the error.. I think maybe a misplaced decimal somewhere?? The test coords is a location between 3 and 5 Km from my home coords.

YEah there is something a little screwy going on when entering coords with DDmm.mmmm.. Seems like it is in the DDmm.mmmm to DD.ddddd conversion? The math is definetly off...
