Did a reboot fix the problem? If it did next time in happens see if there is a Vistumbler.exe still running in process manager after you close vistumbler. Maybe GPS froze and the program thinks the port is in use

If you could do the following command at the command prompt "netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid > C:\netsh.txt" and post C:\netsh.txt on the forum i can look to see what the problem is.
If c:\netsh.txt is empty, then that is your problem

I need the netsh.txt from the command "netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid > C:\netsh.txt". Do this command when there is a completly open network in range (Encryption=Ingen, Authentication = ™ppen)

If you could post the actual file instead of a copy it would be more helpful to me. But from what i see that is your problem. That was not the problem. When i split the string I was using GPRMC. It was just mislabled in the program. I was already looking into this and I think i found what the issue is. To make the program less prone to bad data I specified the lenth of the array. On my other GPS the string made an array 13...
