@Andrew The Problem here is the word ( 300ft ) this only applies to a Standard 802.11b/g and some are going further, ie. mine. So you would have to use some sort of dividing method. ( bad news ) But you might be able to work out the difference between the strong and the weak Signal ie. -91% and -50%...

( awsome! ) yes it's that word that keeps me awake at nights. It uses Linux and i don't have the time at the moment to start all over again. Need someone to give me some Info on it and how good it realy is. It would go straight onto my Stick. No problem there, if i had a spare Laptop i would try it....

OK it stopped raining today and so was able to take the Pics. :D The Pics that i have put in here are from a modified ( Kathrein Antenne ) Normaly found on a Caravan ( not Camper ) I modded it to about 30mm so as to fit only the roof of the Camper. Have a 15db Omni Antenne Stick ca. 1600mm in the roof, joined to this is a WiFi Dongle ( SMA to N ) 3mtr of USB Cable and there after 3 times a 5mtr USB Repeater Cable = 5+5+5+3 = 18mtr of USB Cable. OK. Here is the cause of the Problem.
Antivir is telling me it has a Nasty ( TR/Startpage.dgp )
Antivir is cutting this out or causing it to disapear.

Please take a look at this.

Using the Vistumbler is getting better all the time. :D

Can this be done ?

I can enter the Speak signal percent by dubble clicking on the APs line. ( No Problem )
But to get back out i have to ( Stop, Edit, Clear all ) then backto search.
How about 2x to get in and 1x to get out. ?
Or am i missing something here. ?

OK. I found that and set it to OFF now i don't get the window anymore ( Thats OK. for me ) What i don't understand is that the window disapears on your PC and stays infront on mine. But there are a lot of things that i don't understand :oops: I will call it up fron the Icon botton right if i need it.
