its not hard to play wav files, that is already being done by Speak Signal (Settings -> Sound -> Speak Signal -> Use Vistumbler Sound Files), which uses individual digit sounds in [VistumblerDir]\Sounds\

My guess would be because it has a packed file inside of it (a file inside a file). From the source code , you can see all it really does is wrap a C# program (macmanuf.exe), which generates a manufacturer MDB file. So there is not that much maybe 200 AP per Hour. When I split into 1h Files the need a whole day for Import. When i was using the hasp emulator I had the same issue. In my case it was a virtual server, so I just connected through the vmware console which acted more like I was connecting right to the computer.

I'm not sure its possible to get remote desktop to work with it.

I know you said you deleted the vistumbler_settings.ini file, but did you delete the one in the %AppData%/Vistumbler folder? (not the one inside the vistumbler\settings folder). For the NS1 files, you can import them if you wanted, but the WifiDB doesn't support them directly...you would have to import the ns1 into vistumbler and export a vs1. Personally I wouldn't bother with it, mainly because the NS1 files are missing a lot of information that makes them hard to match up...

Hmm, your right, it doesn't seem like it was included in 10.6.4... i've have to look at adding it back.

EDIT: I've pushed the uninstall through the autoupdater on the beta branch for now. you should get an update that will download the uninstall.exe the next time you run vistumbler.

Do you know your password to log into the wifidb site? If you log in you can get your Api key by going to your profile (log in and click your username in the upper right of the page). I'm almost positive api key has been required for uploads through the api for a while. Just FYI, I just posted 1.2.1...

Are you getting a prompt to recover a MDB when you start vistumbler? if you are its possible it could be your missing scan. If there isn't and there is no recovery CSV, then there really isn't anything that can be done.
